Product Introduction
Rubber Yokohama Fender is a marine anti-collision product made of compressed air. Compressed air is mainly used as the buffer medium to absorb the impact energy of the ship, making the ship more flexible and soft when docking, so as to achieve the effect of collision and collision avoidance.
Usually aircraft tires or truck tires are used toprotect the fender body. Our Yokohama fenders can bear the pressure 1.5 times than the
ordinary technology overlap joint technology.
3. Raw material of our Yokohama fender : Rubber dipped Nylon cord
fabric, 1260D9091(1*2)and natural rubber, .All the rubber we use is
natural rubber , not any reclaimed rubber .
According to our customers’ feedback, we have been improving the
performance of our rubber , the aging of rubber has been greatly
improved now. Our rubber has been tested at -40℃, the tensile
strength at normal temperature is 18.4MPa.After -40℃, 120 hours
testing , the tensile strength is 15.9MPa , there is no obvious
change in appearance.
Our Yokohama fender are also used in Canada ,Russia etc. After six
months, customers’ feedback is our Yokohama fenders are still
perform well, there’s no obvious change on the surface.
4. The outer chain and tyre net .
Chain - we have hot-dip galvanized chain and stainless steel chain
according to customer’s request
Tyre- we have truck tyre and aircraft tyre according to customer’s
request.
All the chain and tyre nets fitted with appropriate shackles ,
swivel and rubber sleeve etc.
5. Designed of our pneumatic rubber fender is 6 to 10 years
